Where we ship

Heathen Squad ships orders to the United States and World Wide. If we cannot ship an item to your address, checkout will show the available options or prevent that purchase.

Processing and delivery

Orders normally take 5 Business Days to prepare & process before shipment. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. If an item is made or printed after you order it, its processing time is typically 5 days. We will contact you if a delay materially changes the estimate shown at checkout.

After dispatch, standard shipping normally takes 3-4 Days. These are estimates; the delivery estimate shown at checkout for your address and selected service controls. Processing time and transit time are separate.

Shipping costs

Shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout before you place an order. Orders over $65 qualify for free shipping for orders in the USA. Any other shipping charge is shown at checkout.

Tracking and delivery problems

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address on your order after shipment. If tracking says delivered but you have not received the package, or an item arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.
